USA Basketball announced its roster for the 2015 Men’s National Team minicamp Thursday via press release, and Jimmy Butler is indeed listed among the eight players added to the National Team roster as previously reported.

This will be Butler’s first experience with the USA National Team.

Derrick Rose, on the other hand, will not participate in the minicamp despite having the opportunity to do so, and it comes as no surprise.

The addition of Butler also means former Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau will get to work with his former player. Thibodeau is still an assistant on head coach Mike Krzyzewski’s staff despite being fired by the Bulls earlier this offseason.
